FAQ

  • What makes Snowberry Goods sustainable?

Great question! Snowberry Goods mostly uses second hand materials to make our products. Each product page breaks down which materials are sourced second hand (diverting them from landfill) vs. sourced new. We are also a small operation run out of Seattle, WA. Our goods are handmade and we typically walk or bike to source our materials around town, making the carbon footprint of each item just a bit smaller.

  • Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. We may expand shipping to Canada in the future.

  • What is your return policy?

Ideally, you love what you purchase at Snowberry Goods. However, we know sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. If your Snowberry item doesn’t work out within 30 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Any items being returned for a refund should be unused and have no evidence of wear - because we want to find it a new home! To initiate a return, please email snowberrygoods@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Refunds will be issued after we have received the returned item and confirmed the item is unused.

  • What if I receive a defective product?

If you find that any Snowberry item is defective, please send an email to snowberrygoods@gmail.com with a description of the defective item and a photo. We will arrange for your item to be repaired or for a replacement item to be shipped to you (we will arrange shipping back to us for the original item). If you do not wish to have the item repaired or replaced, you may request a return.

  • How can I find out when you add new products?

Follow us on insta @snowberrygoods! The latest and greatest will be updated there.

  • Do you sell anything else besides gear?

Yes! We have a couple of sweet extras coming soon — cards and stickers. These are all designed and printed in Seattle, WA.

One of our other ongoing projects is called Snowberry Tarot. If you want updates on that project and when it will be available, submit your email here: snowberrytarot.com

  • Where do you source your materials?

We source our materials from a few different places around Seattle and encourage you to support these businesses that make up-cycling possible.
